comment Can I install my POP account on my EXCHANGE Server at work in Outlook 2007
+1: It's the same with the phone: they have every right to listen to personal calls made through their phone system.

comment What's normal Taskbar behavior (windows)
Though I agree, I would add that some of the blame for programs that operate like this should be placed on the developers of the individual applications.

comment Super slow Western Digial External hard drive
@Tim Meers: Really? I don't deal with lots of them, but I've never heard of that. A 2 TB external drive is a plain 'ol SATA HDD in an externally powered enclosure. All of the ones I've seen are metal cases that screw into the drive.

+1: can't go wrong with NTFS.

comment Are there any torrent clients that run as a service?
+1: It's a good idea, but I was looking for something more unattended (if I need to write a service that will invoke the service, that's fine). The workflow I'm looking for is, save the .torrent to a shared folder and everything is taken care of from there.

The problem with doing that is interacting with the service. You can't invoke it with the path to a .torrent and have it being the download. Unless you know of a way?

CLI != Windows Service (though I suppose I could write a service that would invoke the CLI)
