comment Is it possible to decrypt files which were encrypted by gpg with a very strong password?
Nice attempt, but -1 for failing to follow up your sensationalism with practical guidance about what's possible currently in 2015 -- i.e., you didn't really answer the question.

comment gpg2 - no option to select aes block cipher and outdated use agent?
Man page... With gpg2 you must use the --batch option instead of --no-use-agent.

comment GPG4WIN Keys and Transferring them
While I'm all for caution -- all of my disks are encrypted (linux) and I would revoke a key if someone got their hands on it -- your comments are misleading. While "anybody with a ... live Linux distro" could get at encrypted GPG private keys, they most certainly would not be able to do anything with them any time soon.

comment PGP encrypted external Toshiba drive
Has it occurred to you that if you can break the encryption ... it was pointless to be using it in the first place?

comment Is it possible using symmetric encryption to encrypt a file with two different keys?
@Vivarto David's comment above is correct. You seem to have a misunderstanding of how PGP works.

comment GnuPG signing manually in two steps?
Magnus, you didn't ask about theory or logic; you asked if there was a way to make GnuPG do what you want and I answered you, even providing alternatives. If you think that deserves a down-vote, then I gotta tell you: you're going to run out of karma down-voting all the other right answers on the various stackexchange sites.
