comment Why is virtualbox networking using virtio slow (bridged and host-only, Debian)
What @MichaelHampton is hinting at is that VBox is a desktop virtualization solution, akin to VMware Workstation. You should not be running anything of importance on it. There are plenty of other high-performance options out there that should be used instead of Virtualbox. VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer, KVM, etc.

comment Small bootable flash drive for Mac
You're going to need OSX installation media, whether on optical media, or downloaded from the app store. There's no getting around that.

comment Configuring zsh in OSX to auto start processes
This sort of thing really shouldn't be handled by your shell. Look into screen multiplexers, like GNU Screen or tmux. These can easily be configured to do what you are asking about, and as an added benefit, you can start a long-running process, then detach from that window, then re-attach later if needed.

comment Data recovery from a RAID1 disk
"The device has only this 1TB SATA disk, and it seems it is using RAID1" If it only has one drive, it's not using RAID1. Just restore from backup.

comment How can I have a server even if my ISP blocks incoming requests to my IP?
Get a real ISP. As written, you're on a residential, consumer-grade ISP. Put a server in a local co-location facility and you'll have no issues.
