What is the performance impact when user profiles are stored on the HDD instead of a SSD? Ideally I would have everything bar file and application storage on a SSD. On a related note you may be also interested to know you can optimise HDDs by moving system folders/user profiles to the centre of the disk using defrag utils such as Auslogics. |

Making a cracked or activated windows uncracked There is a few patches in the standard Windows Updates package that are pretty good at "Ungenuineing" counterfeit Windows copies. I've had a few home users PCs get slapped by it after I updated the system. Would be my first step, as it's quicker than downloading and reinstalling a fresh copy from Microsoft. |
