comment How to relax Content Security Policy in Chrome?
Where exactly in content settings do I do this, and how? I tried adding my site to the "cookie and site data exceptions" to no effect. None of the other settings seem relevant.

comment How to disable CSP in Firefox for just bookmarklets?
I don't understand... creating a button on the page to load the code when clicked doesn't work, it still throws a CSP exception

comment How to read .mht files on a Mac?
Is this still true? If I open an MHT in Chrome 40 from file:// it displays the file but refuses to load the resources due to permissions problems (?!) If I open it from http://, it displays the MHT source as literal text instead of rendering it.

comment How to find out the processor model on Mac and Macbooks?
Is there a database of this info for various Mac models? Seems like for some reason Apple doesn't list this info in their sales materials.

comment Irritating CTRL and ESC key in connectbot for android
@lornix Actually, I came here because I experience the problem in JuiceSSH that the escape key from a bluetooth keyboard causes JuiceSSH to get backgrounded in favor of the home screen. How do I make that not occur?

If you cross your eyes while watching the movie, is any information lost?

That's true, but what's a better solution?

No reason to use password auth? Don't you have to trust the host you are connecting from? I would never store ssh authorization keys on a machine I didn't control, as anybody that took control of that machine would then be able to trivially log in to my machine.

comment diagnosing spurious hard-drive spin-down
@Ramhound thanks i'll try that... usually it takes days or weeks to reproduce but today it has been rather easy to do so, so hopefully if it fixes it will be easy to tell.

comment diagnosing spurious hard-drive spin-down
@Ramhound it has an external "wall wart" 12V supply. Unloaded it reads 12.25V. I haven't measured it under load as there isn't an easy way to do that.

comment Why is my notebook's GPU tempertaure higher than CPU temperature?
@Sathya I see GPU temperature spike when running command line programs which are CPU intensive but display nothing, and are not linked to use the GPU at all.

comment why does dropbox keep syncing when nothing is changing?
@sunk818 The machine that was doing the unnecessary syncing was rebooted, which necessarily stopped Dropbox before restarting it. I have not tried restarting it on all my other machines. Should I try restarting it just on any machines on the LANs or all linked boxes regardless of location?

comment Getting a free SSL certificate for a subdomain
@DavidSchwartz Good to know. Unfortunately, it appears that they charge WAY more than I'm willing to pay... almost 20x what I pay yearly for my DNS name.

comment Getting a free SSL certificate for a subdomain
When I try this approach, it tells me that an account already exists for the domain above mine (e.g. I try to send a CSR for michael.example.com, which I own, and it tells me an account already exists for example.com, which I do NOT own.)

@DavidSchwartz And how exactly are you supposed to get a provider such as dyn.com to fill out such a letter for you? (Also, StartCom won't do this for the level1 [free] cert)
