My name is Taylor Gibb, im 19 years old and the youngest Microsoft MVP in the world. I am also part of the Friends of Red Gate program. These days you can find me over at the How-To Geek website, and occasionally on my blog.

During the day i am a developer and work for Derivco in South Africa.

@Ramhound I never said that they don't give you any option at all, what I actually meant was that they could also include an install disc if they don't want to include a partition.

that might be true for one or two OEMs, but certainly not all of them. Some PCs dont even come with a recovery partition.

are you both administrators ? also as far as i can tell, it will use whichever account you used to set up the family safety for that user.
