@uSlackr I have a global admin account I can change the policies myself with if I knew enough about doing that. I'm not a $10/hr data entry employee that needs to be kept from wasting time on the internet. I assure you it's okay for me to remove obstacles that are restricting my productivity.

@Psycogeek Just looked at processes tab so I will keep an eye on the graph next time. No screensaver... power options are just set to turn display off after 15 minutes. 100% positive its the CPU fan. Not sure what you mean by 'Folding or Seti at idle?'. No tools of any kind.
