comment Which resources and menu's are associated with Administration Accounts on a Ricoh MFD?
I've found working with any of the major printer manufacturers to be on par with pulling healthy teeth. It is common practice for a reply from them to forward any request for information or suggestions to local service representatives. This question may as well be closed as it will never achieve an answer.

Note: I've searched in documentation for this answer and also in the UI and couldn't find the answer. I asked Ricoh support and was told to call Tech Support, but I want it available in writing and I will certainly do so, but want the community to supply information. If I discover the answer via phone I will share that here.

I didn't at first notice your answer when commenting on the post by "M K" mainly because the Firefox add-on "Stack Alert" presents a new post on the toolbar as Last In First Out and then when it goes to the content it anchors it so that I wasn't aware of your post. Your information left here is above and beyond what I had expected. I'm going to apply some of those tests in due time. The compression test was already proven valuable and probably the cause as far as I can tell.

Wonders never cease! I didn't know that StackExchange site existed. I'll move this question to there since it is more appropriate in scope. Also, I didn't know that you could do that .zip trick. I conducted a quick test and found that you seem to be right on spot with that. No need to rename and unzip if you just right click and 7-zip decompress.

Credit deserved where credit is due. The underlying problem with my workbook was caused by modifying and saving the file with LibreOffice then later re-open with Microsoft Excel. Many undesirable things happened, but this one puzzles me since it should be the application providing those key window features and not the workbook. Good thing this file is backed up with versioning in mind!

It appears that under normal conditions the worksheet would have its own window resize and close buttons. In this particular case it appears that I don't have a normal condition.

Unfortunately that set of window resize and close options are not available with that worksheet. Double clicking also has shown to fail with this problematic workbook.
