comment “Optimum performance” powerplan is lost - how to restore?
i think it can be resolved this way: "Remove all teams and VLANs, Uninstall Solarflare driver, install Solarflare driver". In my case I forgot to remove all teams and VLAN so I reinstalled entire Windows.

comment how to improve DPC Latency Checker times?
also DL160 Gen9 supports maximum E6-2660, more powerfull processors can not be used. DL360 supports all processors. hp itself recomends using powerfull processors like 2687W h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01804533.pdf

it's very interesting to know what exact part (what chipset or controller) of DL160 is better comparing to DL360? because DL160 is much cheaper!

comment Is there a LiveCD which I can use instead of bootloader (scan installed OS, allow to start)?
not tried that. I don't have Internet on server, do you know if it's possible to install os-prober ON RHEL7 without internet? Anyway it's interesting to know if such disk exist for the case when everything doesn't work.

it's still hard to understand. i will try. it's better to have "step-by-step" tutuorial or, ideally, video ) Can I install Windows on entire harddrive, then "shrink" some space to install Linux there? will this work?
