Hi David, thanks a lot for your suggestions. 1 it is not suitable for this server because of security reasons. The suggestion 2 is also very good alternative and in fact I have used it sometimes, but in my case it was extremely low.

@kobaltz one interesting situation could be, try to send a popup message to a "strange computer" in my wireless network where I have such privileges. But about the second case, where I want to warning someone else it seems harder for me, among other things I don't know how to get the IP list of the connected devices.
