comment Is it possible to download using the Windows command line?
@PeterMortensen It also doesn't remotely answer the question since he edited it to specify he was looking for wget functionality. But don't let that stop you from resurrecting a 7 year old wrong answer just to add some pedantry.

comment What are the differences between the rsync delete options?
@Sridhar-Sarnobat: Either. It moves everything it's going to move, and when it's done, it's starts deleting things. If you want it to delete before it's moved everything, use --delete-during

@Sridhar-Sarnobat: Delete after won't delete anything until after it's done the transfer.

comment What are the differences between the rsync delete options?
@ppr: Depends on the system. The reason it has so many specific options is because delete on Solaris != delete on HP-UX != delete on AIX != delete on Linux.

comment Screen rotation hot key (Ctrl+Alt+Up) not responding, what's going on?
@hennes: The pro level prank is to take a screenshot, flip it in paint, set it as the background, then flip the desktop so it looks normal. NOTHING WORKS. The mouse is inverted, the start menu and none of the icons work, NOTHING. It's pretty entertaining.

comment Is it possible to change my IPv4 address?
@Austin''Danger''Powers: I worked for a company who was in the process of moving off a /16 block internally, and in the early days, we just changed the routers to only route those addresses internally. If you don't care about breaking external sites, you can use any address range you want on your internal network.

comment Access SQL Server from remote location
@StuartPalmer: A "whitelist"...It's better. The problem becomes more about it being a sort of oddball hole in the firewall: not insecure, but unexpected. Is your home IP address static?

comment How can I diagnose a faulty power supply?
@FrustratedWithFormsDesigner: Sure, but that's easy to diagnose. It's those intermittent problems that are a pain in the ass.

comment In what order does Apache load conf files and which ones?
@chrtp To add to the hilarity, directives can be specified at runtime using -C (for adding them before reading config files) and -c (for reading them after config files), so you could source an entire different config from the command line on startup.
