comment Is it possible to change my IPv4 address?
@Austin''Danger''Powers: I worked for a company who was in the process of moving off a /16 block internally, and in the early days, we just changed the routers to only route those addresses internally. If you don't care about breaking external sites, you can use any address range you want on your internal network.

comment Access SQL Server from remote location
@StuartPalmer: A "whitelist"...It's better. The problem becomes more about it being a sort of oddball hole in the firewall: not insecure, but unexpected. Is your home IP address static?

comment How can I diagnose a faulty power supply?
@FrustratedWithFormsDesigner: Sure, but that's easy to diagnose. It's those intermittent problems that are a pain in the ass.

comment In what order does Apache load conf files and which ones?
@chrtp To add to the hilarity, directives can be specified at runtime using -C (for adding them before reading config files) and -c (for reading them after config files), so you could source an entire different config from the command line on startup.

comment Windows 2k8 ISO's download as zips
ISO disk images are archives. Any decent compression program can unpack them. They're more analogous to a .tar than a .zip though.

comment How to setup muliple cron job every 3 hours but not simultaenously?
@imb As long as they don't hit the same stuff, it shouldn't matter. If it's all the same job, you'll probably want to explicitly state the hours (like Ary did it).
