comment Windows Seven home edition : how to change from Public network to Private network
I guess this is a 100% Windows Seven Problem otherwise I couldn't write here, with my nice and perfectly working Ubuntu laptop which is connected to the same network. Thanks for the hint, I'll modify my question to be more precise.

I've tried this. Nope. I had 3 "not active" connexions ("Local", "Local2" and "MMS"), I've deleted them all... and nothing: it still tries to connect, and detect only "unknown network = Public network"

comment ssh and shell through ssh : how to exit?
I've modified my question and added the whole script. Hope this helps. It seems that the problem may be the fact that I'm launching a background process (the line "./qaswvd &"). If you're right, this could be the origin of the problem?

comment How to accelerate Windows XP/Vista/Seven keyboard type speed/delay?
This worked but this introduced a very annoying stuff: to be able to accelerate the speed you must enable the "disabled people options" (I don't know how to say it in English sorry) = turn on FilterKeys. And this means if you press two keys at the same time one will be ignored! I'm used to press CTRL and SHIFT to select word in gmail, this doesn't work anymore, same for CTRL SHIFT TAB to go to previous tab with Firefox. This is actually so annoying that I went back to the old speed. And I'm longer and longer under linux and I'm doing my best to stay the longest possible there...

Thank you for your questions, I've now added the sample of my script in my question, and it definitely reaches the last two lines.

I'm a TRUE touch typist... when it's about writing letters or English (like I'm currently doing), but when it comes to programming, it's another plafield, and spécial characters are never easy to reach (especially on this god d*mn stupid French AZERTY layout ('{' => alt gr 4, '}' => alt gr =, '[' = alt gr 5 and so on, even '<' and '>' are on the same key : '<' without shift and '>' with shift))... thanks again for the answer.

Maybe for Christmas. Thanks for the tip I'll test my keyboard in the dark!
