Not charging battery in Windows 8 Okay, the HP did begin charging when I plugged it below 90%. We can disregard this question... it was the two incidents happened so close together with the additional common theme that prompted the question. The dell is from 2007 so it's just starting to fail. That makes me very sad, but it's nothing to bother SuperUser about. |

Not charging battery in Windows 8 One of the laptops has two batteries, so there are three separate batteries: one at 6%, one at 49%, and one at 97%, which I am allowing to drain to just below 90% right now to test this, should be able to update in just a few minutes. |
