I'm just some guy that likes anime, manga, science fiction, fantasy, video games, philosophy, Japanese language and culture and programming.

I also know some Python, HTML, CSS and Javascript; a little bit of C, PHP and MySQL; and enough to know my way around in Linux (Mint).

And was appointed ♦ Moderator Pro Tempore on Anime and Manga SE.

And that's about it...

I really don't understand why no one can help me improve the question so that it gets reopened (perhaps it is beyond help). Still, I'd like to say I got Comodo firewall and Avast! free AV installed. I'll still check out MSE as suggested by @stan31337

I used the guide provided in your comment above. Thank you! And forget my first comment, it was behaving the same way on both laptops. BTW, what is the difference between Comodo's Secure DNS and Google's public DNS? I do not know much about these things... How much more secure is Comodo's?

How can I check that?

The thing is that I installed Comodo on both my laptops with the exact same configurations, and this just happens in one of them. Doesn't this mean that it messed with something in Firefox itself?

When I ask "how is the windows firewall compared to AV firewalls?", I do not mean to get "it is better/worse" answers. I expect to get some "based on real world/removal/prevention tests, it performed better/same/worse", or "it performs faster/slower on average tests", or the like. But still, I get it why it's been closed. Isn't there some way to improve it so that it gets reopened?

I don't quite understand why the question was closed. Can anyone enlighten me? You "expect answers to be supported by facts, references, or specific expertise", but I don't see why this question doesn't fit those parameters. Also, the answer given fitted the parameters, and was not subjective (at least I'd think so). The comments it spawned are the ones that are off-topic and "solicit debate, arguments, polling, or extended discussion." Can anyone help me improve the question so that it is reopened?

Why the down vote? The question is well structured and does not ask for a subjective answer.

Does its firewall do a good job blocking intrusion attempts? I ask this because when I am using µTorrent, Panda often tells me he blocked intrusion attempts.

Each of the letters has a kana assigned to it, but the kana that are supposed to be in the punctuation keys are not the same, because they are located in different places. BTW, I can actually write in Japanese right now, I would just like to know if there is a way to show me where all the keys are. And normally I write in kana and then let the software translate it to Kanji, since I do not like to write the romanization of the words.
