comment Conditional filter in excel
Try recording a macro of you doing this using the filter in E6. Then try modifying the macro to use B1. THEN post here with specific issues you are facing.

Try opening your CSV file in notepad. Does that show the data how you are expecting?

comment How do I tell MS Excel to use the non-standard decimal separator in graphs and charts?
I don't think that custom formatting can change decimal separators.

comment Why Excel doesn't ask(prompt) to Save the file which is modified while closing
I have a feeling it got downvoted because you failed to mention in the question that you had code at all, let alone code that got rid of alerts. Or, that it may be a duplicate as indicated by another comment on your question. Always going to get downvotes if there are other questions out there with answers. Part of the SuperUser experience is that people really like those who have done homework and ask specific questions rather than present very vague issues.

There is a method to return them to normal. You reverse your original code. There is no return all, because one person's "normal" is not going to be the same as another's idea of normal.

Excel has a number of defaults built-in, including the display alerts. Once you code something that changes that default, it will not revert unless you tell it to. That is what you want to have happen. If it didn't work like that, programmers would have a difficult time finding out why their code wasn't working. Recap and General rule: if you turn it off, turn it back on (and vice versa). And don't forget to turn things back on, even when there is an error that stops normal execution of your code.

comment Is there a macro to filter table by some list elements?
If you are using excel 2010, you can set up autofilter, and it has a new text box option to look for the text you want (instead of just having the text boxes). So you can now type test1 and filter to all cells that have test1 in them. If you wanted something a little more user friendly you could record yourself doing that then use the resulting macro to create the options you are looking for.

Or if you are using a filtered table, you could use the built-in drop-down. It expands the list in the drop-down automatically based on what is in the table.

comment What is the Windows equivalent of this Mac Excel shortcut?
That's crazy. To my knowledge there is nothing built in, but it could be programmed via VBA to do something similar. Oddly enough, these shortcuts are not listed on the Microsoft site for the Mac version of Excel.

what do you mean by "move the selection to the right"? You mean if you select A2:B2 and you press option-tab then the selection will be B2:C2? Can you give some examples? I'm sure we can find it for you.
