Drive work on Windows.lsblk,blkid,parted -l and fdisk -l only give details about hard drive on my laptop. Above commands not gives any details about external hard drive.

What kind of hard drive failure is that ? Complete dead of hard drive or bad sectors ? Is there any method to check that ?

@DragonLord Thanks for your answer. I'm new to Linux. with what should i replace <device> in dd if=/dev/zero of=<device> bs=4096 count=1024 ? in Ubuntu, my sd card path show as /media/guest-HxZww1/7BA3-15EC
