comment How do I get files with no extension to open with Sublime Text 2 by default?
No, this is wrong. The actual file name is README, or INSTALL, or whatever. There is no extension, that's the whole point of the question.

comment How to set shortcut for `Copy file path` in sublime text 3
@MattTagg this doesn't work when clicking in the sidebar, you have to click in the body of the file. For working with files in the sidebar, I highly recommend installing the SideBarEnhancements plugin via Package Control.

comment In Sublime, what do the left/right arrow buttons do in the top left of the interface?
@MarcusPlimsoll in your user settings, add "enable_tab_scrolling": false. This will cause the individual tabs to shrink as more are added, instead of scrolling them at full size.

comment Can I use a sequential key binding like Ctrl-x Ctrl-s in Sublime Text?
@ShankarG thanks! David's answer is quite useful, I've used the package when I get a hankering to relive my old emacs days (I actually use vim more now when I'm SSHing into a server). I'm glad we could both help solve your problem!

comment Sublime Text Package Control - Get More Information
@Cricrazy no problem. If you're interested, Package Control's issues page is here if you want to open a feature request to be able to download a package's README file on demand. It shouldn't actually be too difficult to implement, as most of the code already exists for other purposes. Feel free to tag me (same username as here) so I can follow along and perhaps contribute.

comment Sublime Text Package Control - Get More Information
@Cricrazy due to the way Package Control is set up, the only information available within Sublime is the short description of the package, taken from Github or wherever the package is hosted. You can see the short descriptions when you search on Package Control, such as here. So, unfortunately, the only way to get extended info is to use the website.

@BenDilts Put your cursor just to the left of the first one, and select the ones you want using Ctrl-D, just like I said in my answer.
