comment Viewing DICOM images with GIMP
Do you have a "file-dicom" entry when you open GIMP and go to File/Preference/Folder/plugin? It should be built in, but if it's not, you can find the "file-dicom" plugin here.

If you're printing from a computer, then it's possible (see instructions in my answer) - I believe the Google Cloud Print is no different than the regular "Word" Print for example, regarding the use of the printer driver & software (ePrint). Take a look at this page for more information. If you're printing from a mobile device, then the answer is no, it's not possible.

I would try installing VLC Media Player and checking if the audio problem still occurs.

comment Windows Media Player cannot update
WMP 12 is the latest version of WMP for Windows 7. That's the reason this error - there are no available updates for WMP, because you already have the latest version. Even if there's a newer build, there is no reason updating WMP anyway.

comment Set Eclipse as the default editor for opening a file
I think the reason why it doesn't show up under the list of installed applications is because Eclipse is not installed - when I installed the latest version of Eclipse few weeks ago, it was downloaded as a .zip file and all I needed to do was unzip it and I was able to use Eclipse. The folder it was unzipped to is the folder where the Eclipse launcher is located in my computer, and no installation was ever required.

comment Set Eclipse as the default editor for opening a file
This is specific for Windows (all versions). As for Linux, the "Open with" option should be in the Properties tab after you right-click a certain file. As for the Eclipse executable file (the launcher), I suggest you search your computer for "eclipse.exe", as its location depends on where you saved the Eclipse download package to.
