@CarlB Im not sure whether that answer is true because once I tried to ask it from HP... One representative told me its ok and the other told me its not. So im confused!

@Dennis Different manufacturers handle this in different ways. HP say it can and Asus sometimes say it can't. Thats why I specifically asked about Asus notebooks.

@gronostaj i just contacted Asus and they told me its not safe and uplug the power when the battery is charged!

Just attached an image of the PSU and the hard drive. According to smart data, One drive is 33 C and the other one is 36 degrees Celsius. Seems to be normal right?

My PSU fan is facing the floor. The case have a gap for it to pass air. But its not possible to place any fans below the disks because there's only a very small gap between the disks and the power supply unit. The rare vents of the PSU are directed at the disks!

Another thing... when I ran the Windows Experience Index, I was using the old drive as the primary. Did it got the hard drive ratings from the old drive? What if I run it now with the new drive as the primary?
