comment How can I switch between the HDMI and DVI outputs of my graphics card?
I would go to Nvidia's website and see if they have any update or download available to help out with the multiple displays

This is ussually done via your graphics card software installed on your computer that ussually is running on the task bar. Do you have this installed?

the mail merge wizard is the easiest way, it walks you through step by step.

this is what mail merge is used for. It will slam through the e-mails listed on your spreadsheet and send them the same template with the specific information that you have selected for each user to see. The most I have ever sent a mail merge to is around 700 people but it only took a minute or two for that to happen.

comment Windows XP boot process halts with flashing cursor after boot.ini selection
you already stated that you have hooked the hard drive up to your desktop. So you could do the same thing and then boot into the recovery disk on your desktop.

have you tried running a repair disk instead of using the chkdsk feature? An installation disk for XP should have a repair feature that could scan and fix any messed up areas within windows.

comment Excel 2010 - more than 1 calculation within an IF() statement
You can declare a range of cells as a variable and then use your select case function to assign the proper value. superuser.com isn't the best place to ask this type of question, I suggest trying on Stackoverflow.com The VBA experts there will help you develop your code. Check out this post that I had about a select case that I was trying to get working, it may help show you how to approach your problem stackoverflow.com/questions/11215790/…
