comment Align text left for one line in paragraph only
Did some quick testing out on a document im working on and if you want a one line indent, you are slightly SOL. Work around is to define your left, root, right indent markers in the ruler. Good read, Document Link

Think in the paragraph options, there is an option to effect selected or whole paragraph. By default, its the whole paragraph but i think you can turn it off either ad-hoc or through options. Get back to you on specifics.

So you want this "Core" table to have all the Worksheet (Page) references for said information? What is controlling this "Core" tables data? Where would the information that will populate the "Secondary" worksheets come from?

This will require at least two methods, pending on how abstract you want to process the information. When i get to work tomorrow ill give you some starter methods to get you going down the correct road. In the mean time read up on this posting on StackOverflow: DataValidation filters Table

comment Merging cells from muliple rows and columns
You cant break up a row/column merge....best you can do is a U shape with 2 columns have specified rows merged and then a row with a specified number of columns to complete the U.

Oh and you will have to handle for the Error if Search() is not found. Which makes me want to go more towards the VBA Macro usage than incell formula method.
