comment How to prevent my ISP from putting every website in a frame?
I'll try and figure out what they are doing exactly first

Because this is China, they want to monitor and block everything

We use VPN as much as possible, but they actively scan and block it. Right now OpenVPN has been rendered useless and PPTP connections... well we're lucky if they can stay up for 10 minutes. We're looking into changing providers... but there's a big chance that won't do us any good, privacy isn't something that is respected in China

It's the ISP alright :-) As soon as I enable VPN I don't have the problem. Problem is the same on Windows, Android, WinRT (surface), iOS, Linux... I'm in China... It's pretty common here. StackOverflow/Superuser even informs me that I'm framed, and then removes the frame.

Hi, Does that mean I could deploy to 100 Surface tablets for $30 per tablet, assuming I buy the whole pack of course. Might not be a bad solution for my personal situation

I will post my own slightly modified version of the question, please do not bother to reply to it... your view on the subject has already been noted

My comment was on "but you really will not want to" , how do you know? Do you fully understand his situation from the small question? Is it really that offensive if someone tries to dig a little deeper, I have nearly the same questions as the OP, so I thought I'd expand on that and get more feedback. Did not expect to hit the taboo wall.

Fine... should I post a new question asking how does one distribute / deploy winRT apps intended for private use that is not internal to a single company or will I just get the same replies?

You are completely wrong when you say the only reason would be for internal use... check my blog post for just one possible use case where it is neither internal nor intended for the public... and we have many such use cases. What you mentioned above is what Microsoft (and I love Microsoft, I'm not a hater, I've been developing using their tools for over 15 years now) wants us to believe

@Daniel Beck, I'm not sure about the requirements for the B2B store, I doubt I can get into it as a single person (but I don't know) but even if it is possible, that still requires connecting all the devices to the internet, setting up accounts etc... it's still messy. Will look into that though, thnx for the info
