comment What information can my ISP see from my router?
The information they get from the router is your MAC address, that's it. Your ISP has a lot more info on you, though.

comment How do I stop MS Outlook from Contacting://www.google-analytics.com?
Unless you are a webdev or need to access GA, blocking it will never harm you. I personally used block it on my machine because it speeds up web loading speeds (albeit slightly) and each page takes less bandwidth to load. I actually am (now) a webdev so I had to unblock it, but I had no issues blocking it before.

I would suggest modifying your HOSTS file instead as it will speed up your browser as well (albeit very slightly) and you can view all web content.

comment Is it possible to change the logo/image on boot up? If so how?
This completely depends on the Bios. It's always possible to do as the image has to be stored somewhere on your computer (unless they have a pre-installed font and output text, which is doubtful), however Bios related files are not always easily accessible. What is your computer model?

Windows (8) is irrelevant to this question as the image is actually of the Bios and not Windows.

comment Why can't I use Google Search keyboard navigation with Chrome?
+1 for investigating the issue before posting (So it seems tied to the local Gmail cache data but I have no idea why or how to fix it.)
