comment Make Gnome screen lock after 1 hour, not 15 minutes?
Just for the sake of completion, there is also org.gnome.desktop.screensaver lock-enabled for just enabling/disabling the locking. If you set this to false, the lock-delay will be ignored.

comment Fedora showing input/output error after 10-20mins of use
Yup. I'm using live USB to try out f23. After 10-20 minutes of usage, I get an I/O error whenever I try to open a program or give a terminal command. When I shut down, this is what the console says. (I'm not OP, btw).

Actually, I don't think the problem is with the disk, but problem is with Fedora. I am facing this very same issue on my Inspiron laptop (Input/Output error after a few minutes of usage). And guess what? This happens only with Live usb of Fedora, not Ubuntu, not Debian, not openSUSE, I've tried them all!

comment USB Dongle causes static RF interference noise when listening to headphone
@Ramhound - The connector is a 3.5 mm jack which is the most common among laptops and headphones. Increasing the distance (between the headphone wire and dongle) reduces the noise a bit, but its still noticeable. The only thing I've observed is that decreasing the distance makes the noise almost unbearable.

comment What happens when linux OS out of RAM and no swap
A related query. Do you know what happens if I try to hibernate a Linux machine and there isn't enough swap space to store the transient data? Does it stop hibernating?

comment How do I stop MS Outlook from Contacting://www.google-analytics.com?
@Coryan - Yup, you will still be able to access GA after blocking this site in HOSTS file. Turns out, the site accessed by bluhost ("google-analytics.com") is just used for tracking. The actual site for signing into GA to read the stats is: google.com/analytics/web
