comment How can I draw autoshape on an already existing image in Word 2003?
@gronostaj thanks for the help. Yes I really want a simple drawing software lil more powerful than MS Paint. I tried gimp but it doesnt have it too (it seems its an image editing software!). I will try Inkscape.

comment PDF Viewer on Windows
I tried quite a few. Latest foxit seems to be an adware, which will also install another service of theirs. Nitro is worse, it requires registration, & even then you dont get a straightforward installer (or u may from the temp folder), & also it runs some service at startup! It is the slowest I found. Nuance is just the same again, too intrusive. Docudesk deskpdf opens browser in the background, & worse it cant open many pdfs. I know there are some simple viewers which get the job done, but they all look a little archaic to my eyes. I kinda liked bluebeam vu - bulky a bit, but no other hassle.

That auto elevations based on keywords is sick!

comment Compressing with RAR vs ZIP
Also 7zip doesnt clutter your shell context menu with options unlike winrar. It just groups nicely into one category. Can I add these to your answer?

@Synetech may be, but that doesn't make this question duplicate. The kind of removing info from a file I was pondering about no way directly connects to a question that talks about creating a file. Tools may be able to do, but the question is different.

@LiuYan刘研 That UPPERcase thing is interesting. DO you have any idea why it is so?

@LiuYan刘研 what is even more interesting is that when u select those two files, you see in the details panel that they do have hidden property. But if u see properties by pressing alt+enter, the hidden attribute is surprisingly not there!! And my code (C#.NET) detects them as not hidden in the end :X :)

And no, dir /as doesn't work. It lists just the system files. I have nothing to do with that!

Titan, I was asking you to edit the answer so that its related to my question. Please note from my question that my problem is not related to system files. System files do have hidden attribute. Please press Alt+Enter from any system file and see for yourself. If I had downvote privilege, I would have downvoted this!

Ok Titan, thanks for that much. Let me see and get back to you asap. Could you remove the pic, and texts that are not related to my problem. It makes no sense to be there..

Titan, you dont get it. I do agree there is no way for us, end users. But these are not files I or you created. These files come with operating system, or from some heavy weight third party application. Something programmatically must have created them. FYI, system files do have their hidden attribute checked, in a readonly manner. Please read my question..
