comment Get a value from the most recent previous record where some text appears in either of two columns
That's simple (although a little tedious): press PrtScr (Print Screen) to get a snapshot of the screen as an image in the copy/paste buffer.  (There are other ways of doing this, such as the Snipping Tool.)  Paste into Microsoft Paint (or any other graphics editor; people seem to like Paint.NET and GIMP, and I've heard that Adobe might have something useful, too.)  Then it's straightforward to crop, draw shapes (e.g., circles, ovals, boxes, and lines), copy and paste (e.g., see here and here), and save to a file.

comment Setting environment variables and appending to system-wide %PATH% with a Windows batch file
OK;  I was assuming that the OP already knew that, from the fact that the question mentions "system-wide %PATH%", "the machine path", and "the system-wide path", and he was already using the /m option to setx.

@barlop: I don't understand what you are saying.

comment '.' is not recognized as an internal or external command
But you might not need the ./ at all — try leaving it out.

comment how to separate long text data of cell into two columns
As long as you are breaking A2 into only two pieces (rather than, for example, name / street address / city), you can simplify your second formula to =RIGHT(A2, LEN(A2)-FIND(",", A2)-1)

You may get better answers if you describe how you want Excel to distinguish between the name and the address; i.e., tell where the name ends and the address begins.  Is it the first comma?  The last comma?  The first number?

comment mac find -name *.png does not work
possible duplicate of “find” command gives different results based on quotation marks.

In case the above comment looks inscrutable to you: I suspect that Camden Narzt typed *blah* and *foo*bar* without understanding Markdown.

comment Excel sort maintaining equal values in different columns in the same position
My first suggestion is that you describe your question accurately.  It looks to me like you want the data sorted by Column A and Column B.  Aside from what I can see in your example, I don't know what "same values in different columns are kept together" means.
