I looked around the WOT site and it doesn't look like there's a way to retrieve the list of blacklisted sites. You might want to request this feature for the WOT extension.

@Jed Daniels You can add searches manually, but I agree, in Chrome they aren't nearly as user friendly or featureful as in Firefox. Chrome's weak support was one of the reasons I created an alternative to built-in custom search engines - it's at shortmarks.com if you want to check it out.
