comment Right click not working in Redhat enterprise Linux
RHEL 5 has an old kernel which lacks support for many new drivers. I'd recommend to install something new, like RHEL 6.3 (though its kernel is not bleeding-edge either).

comment Running different programs via ssh
Maybe, running first program asyncronously (java-1.6-v1 Main1 & java-1.7-v2 Main2) can help?

comment Why I can decrease the process's priority by using nice() function with a typical user permission(except ROOT) in linux?
It's a security decision: to make Denial of Service impossible, I think. Users do need to increase priority of processes, but some malicious users may use this to bring a system down, so only the root (a really trusted user) is permitted to do it.

Maybe, you mean "increase niceness"? Niceness of a process is an opposite concept to priority. All processes may decrease their processor usage (== increase its niceness, == descrease the priority), but only root processes may eat more than before.

I have the same problem, and my computers are behind two quite different NATs.

comment automate SFTP process with different ssh version
Try to determine which protocol is actually used between ssh-client and ssh-server (e.g. removing the entry from host's .ssh/known_hosts and connecting again) - is RSA used at all? Maybe, ECDSA or DSA is used.

comment Are there any command line utilities which can calculate and/or limit how fast a pipe is running?
just search for pv in your repositories.

I would add 2>&1 to see the error output too.
