VurusTotal says it's clean: virustotal.com/en/file/… also the file was digitally signed. I would say it's legit.

If you installed Eclipse from the package manager and it's not working, then perhaps you have other issues?

comment How to activate the inactive RAM in a server?
@Ramhound If the OP was using Windows XP 32bit - then XP will refuse to use anything above ~4GB of RAM - regardless of how much physical RAM they have. PAE, for Windows 32bit, is only licensed for the server editions.

Sounds like hardware failure if BIOS doesn't report 8GB. Have you tried fully powering it down?

comment How to fix scroll in LOGITECH MX518 mouse?
I also uninstalled the SetPoint software and this solved the scrolling issue for me. The issue for me seems to be related to running VMs in Virtualbox/VMWare. Perhaps one driver doesn't like the other?

Regardless of legal advice - you should review your TOS. Most do not contain an SLA and just state "best effort" which means that technically you could be out of service and they don't have to credit your account.

comment Linux: Use NVIDIA and ATI cards in the same computer
From what I read this is what is needed - but I wasn't actually able to make it work. I have a nvidia graphics card with 4 monitors and after about an hour I switched back to Windows :(.
