Well SP1 finished trying to install and it also failed and rolled back. I didn't have time to stay up while it was rolling back though, so I'll have to grab the log file tonight when I get home. Anything in particular I should be looking for in it? I am highly technical and can look for particular records if they should make it relatively clear what is happening, I'm just not familiar with what all that file logs. It looks like it was status from all windows updates (or a good portion of them).

Well that's odd, doing a quick double check, it looks like attempting to run all updates didn't actually try applying SP1... I'll try that with the stand alone installer and see if it works. Not sure what it was that actually failed then since it looked a lot like the SP installer. Will post more when I have it.

I tried that as well, but it appears that the SP1 install also fails. I seem to have a bit of a chicken and egg problem.

comment How to effectively drive 12 displays to preserve resolution & aspect ratio
@stat30fbliss - you could look to see if you can find one that handles your arrangement. That was just the first example I found of the splitters. Note that the place I linked is 2x2 (4 screens) and 3x3 (9-screens). I'm not sure how you were planning on organizing 12 screens as that's likely not going to be the correct aspect ratio for 1080p. You can either use the graphics cards to output to all displays or let a stand alone unit handle splitting and dividing a 1080p source) which would allow for hooking it in to any computer or display source).

We'll need more information to be of any assistance. Are you connecting the camera directly? Are you using a memory reader? If using the camera directly, what kind of camera is it? Do the photos still display properly on the camera?
