comment Pendrive recognized as USB 1.1 device
No, and no. When connecting directly to computer, device was detected as USB 1.1 from the very first time, so there is no delay on swapping devices, because there was no swap at the very first moment. And -- it seems, that KV300H has USB 2.0 hub on board.

comment External HDD disk must be turned on twice always
@psusi I can't -- see the edited question -- the ticking sound does not start to be emitted before 3-5 minutes since initial power on.

@psusi Nope! I let it run for about 2-3 minutes before I power it off and on again.

comment How to disable the “Get Windows 10” icon shown in the notification area (tray)?
@Reishin Karan: "some users might see remnants of the update's files in Windows\System32\GWX. In that case just delete the directory, although you may need to take ownership of it before you'll be allowed to do so". The article: "Some people may still have remnants of the KB3035583 update’s files in %WinDir%\System32\GWX folder. In that case just delete the folder (you may need to take ownership of the folder before able to delete it manually)". Yes, you're right... it is a common phrase and it is just a pure coincidence, that it sounds nearly exactly the same.
