I mostly work with Novell/NetIQ Identity Manager, an XML based product that use XSLT, XPATH, and DirXML Script (its own XML based language).

I have written a book on the topic of the DirXML Script language.

comment Reinstalling windows 7 on an SSD drive
Is the old drive still attached? Is it booting off the old drive not the new one? PS: Love my SSD with Win 7. Huge performance boost.

comment How can I determine and set my primary graphics card?
I think it knows to switch which card, based on demand? 3D games should use the NVidia, and most everything else should use the much lower power Intel built in video.

comment Is it possible that solid state drives (or any faster drive) will make common applications faster even if they are cached?
@cp2141 A good point about write limits...

comment Memory consumption of 32-bit apps on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
Good point on Free vs Available (+1 but not the answer I was looking for!). But I have been looking at the Available number. Currently running at 4GB Used, and 4GB Available. Only 343 MB free.

comment How much speedup does a hyper thread give? (in theory)
@Konrad: I think the point I was getting at, is the difference between one core and two cores might be more valuable than the difference between 4 and 8 or 2 and 4. I.e. Having a second core, for a poorly threaded app might help a bit more.
