comment Access is denied error, when I mklink on Windows 7
Yes, but beware: junctions are far more deadly than hard directory links. Deleting a link from command line or explorer simply removes the link, but deleting a junction from explorer removes everything in the directory and then deletes the junction - OOPS. Use mklink /D src tgt instead.

comment How do I set up two existing disks with identical contents as a single mirrored volume in Windows 7 without losing data?
It seems like the problem like it was a bug, since fixed by MS; I had cause to recreate the mirror the other week and on a whim I resized the original partition to consume the entire disk. Having done so, I was able to create the mirror using the other disk (all hardware identical to when this question was originally asked).

comment Why does Windows 7 have a seven in its name?
@TFM: Win2K absolutely was a consumer version.

comment Can Thunderbird and MS Outlook be made to play nice together
@Abel: I am still not sure we are talking about the same thing. I am not wanting to get an Outlook-like header between messages on reply or forwarded email. I am looking for a way to stop Outlook from completely butchering the body of any email I send.

comment Can Thunderbird and MS Outlook be made to play nice together
@Abel: So, using SmartTemplate, which I already have installed, where would I put the styling information, and what would that look like - do you have an example that you've used successfully?
