What decent audio recording interfaces are well supported in Windows 7 64bit? I'm sorry but I was looking for something real world based. Creative had drivers released for Win 7 as well, but they were not fully functional. |

Is RAID 0 as risky as people say it is? I'm relatively new here, and "serverfault" isn't in my dictionary, so I have to ask, what are these things: "serverfault situation", "serverfault appropriate uses". Is serverfault like being a scout or something? We get badges? We are always prepared? This language is strange to me. |

IDE controller compatibility problem during Windows 7 x64 upgrade Are you saying the Vista drivers are up to date? If so, this does not matter. The installer boots from the DVD, and it is the drivers on DVD, loaded by the installer which matter during the install phase. The installer will not use your drivers on hard disk to enable the IDE device (at least not until the first phase of the installer is complete). If those drivers from Microsoft are not up to date on Microsoft's DVD, then you need to specify the drivers during the installation. |

What decent audio recording interfaces are well supported in Windows 7 64bit? Exactly what is your sound card? I would like to check out the details on this model. Does it have some sort of breakout box? If not, how do you put a 1/4" mono jack into your sound card? Perhaps I misunderstood that Realtek HD was one of those output ports for HD audio to support stuff like BluRay video disks. |

What decent audio recording interfaces are well supported in Windows 7 64bit? Yes, exactly. This is why I'm asking for advice on something that will do the job and is supported in Windows 7. It isn't as straightforward as it seems. The next generation of Soundblaster product, X-Fi, has a platinum version, but it is hard to see anyone selling it, and Creative have removed it from their Products page. On top of that, the forums show driver support in Win 7 for X-Fi currently sucks. |

What decent audio recording interfaces are well supported in Windows 7 64bit? I require something with audio inputs, ASIO support and low latency. HD audio is more about output. |
