comment How to remote access using command line to a computer using dynamic IP?
I agree with Marius, your only solution is for the computer in question to call out to another machine and then you meet in the middle. If reverse SSH won't work back to your own machine, figure out how to get a third server and connect to that. Sorry, I don't have specific software recommendations. You might have to cobble bits together. I'm imagining a listener that connects two ends of two streams, like an old fashioned telephone operator.

comment How is an all 1's Broadcast in CIDR handled?
OK, so I gathered from your comments and this CLN Post that the ICMP Ping broadcast travels until it hits the Router and dies when crossing into a different network. All intervening network devices propagate the packet to all appropriate network ports restricted by subnet and/or VLAN. Did I understand that correctly?

In the above example, who gets the ping from Host C? Which addresses specifically?

I wrote a detailed blog post about adding an SSD to my Macbook Pro which includes information on the need to change the UUIDs for an exactly duplicated drive and how to do it.

This worked, thank you. (tried to upvote your comment, but I don't have rep pts, yet to do it). I used diskutil and hfs.util -k to verify that both UUIDs were the same (hooked one drive up to a USB external drive in order to check it). hfs.util -s changed the UUID on one of the drives (be sure to have the drive unmounted and make sure all drives with UUIDs are changed).

Thanks. Next chance I get to reinstall the drive, I'll investigate this and review the other thread - it looks promising. I'll post my results once I do. Also, I have already upgraded to Mt Lion on the SSD, so the drives have diverged significantly from a Data perspective. I don't think SuperDuper is an option at this point. Thank you for the suggestion.
