Word 2007 assigning “Outline Level” Level 1 randomly on document close The Select entire doc (Ctrl+A) and setting Outline level to Body Text worked for me. In addition, I had to close the DM pane before saving otherwise the changes were not saved when I reopened the word document. As to what triggered this, I was editing the caption formatting just before word went crazy and started promoting random text to Level 1 outline. Thanks harrymc +1000, I was supposed to submit the 60+ page report in a few hours time and this happened. Saved! |

Windows 7 Index Search does not work in Google Drive folder Thanks. Microsoft Fix It tool did not find any errors. After resetting windows search, it still did not solve the issue. Anyway, after banging my head for a few hours against my laptop, I discovered that my Google Drive folder on my laptop did not have the same security permissions as the other folders. After applying the security permissions (Administrator, System, [myusername]) to the folder, windows index started working...sigh. But Search inside files like word still does not return anything in Windows search. |
