I'm a computer engineer, experienced with C, C++ (especially C++11), Python, Bash, z80 and PIC24 assembly, LaTeX, Java (mostly with Android), and a handful of others. I run Arch Linux and CyanogenMod, avoiding Windows whenever possible.

What's the latency on the pings? And when you say "upstream time" and "downstream time," do you mean the bandwidth or the latency?
