I've used it (and, after that, Simplenote). I still have an account, but I fell out of love with the service. Not sure why. Good luck with it. I may check Evernote out again sometime. For now, I'm still loving nvALT.

comment Count number of records based on several value of columns
COUNTIF() counts based on one cell. COUNTIFS() counts based on as many cells as you'd like (there is, I think, an upward limit, but your sheet won't exceed it). Excel has many functions which follow this naming convention where the *S version supports multiple criteria. SUMIF() and SUMIFS() is another example.

Indeed. Loving the multimarkdown support. Makes it nice when I need to share some of the info I have in nvALT with others. Just preview in mm, copy and paste into an email.
