have you tried to capture a ETW trace with WPRUI and analyzed it with WPA? Do you also see this ntoskrnl.exe!MiScrubMemoryWorker usage?

you should always use CR2, this is much more stable. Remove the old RAM and old try the new RAM to see if the board really supports the new RAM. if the new RAM works alone, the combination of different RAM module sizes causes the issues.

this happens when you hibernate Windows (or use the new fastStartup since Win8). Try to boot Windows 3 times and now Windows should show the recovery options.

after several failed boots, Windows will show the recovery options. Here you can boot to safe mode. store the files to an external drive and upload the dmps (compressed in 1 Zip) from a 2nd PC.
