Broken Vista. Can't open Windows settings I think the link you gave is obsolete. It talks about Windows ME, Windows NT and Windows 2000. This Lenovo is 1 year old. |

How can I turn on a PC remotely? @kajaco: There's no roommate. This is a pointless advice. |

Difference between IDE and SATA DVD writers @Dan Neely: To correct; it's not Sata6, it's SATA III (Third generation - 600 MB/sec) which is the only missing component of the chart. Chart date: May 13, 2009. |

Excel 2007 Constantly Creating Custom Cell Styles This is a strange behaviour. Get your PC scanned for viruses. |

File/folder encryption for my laptop on a company network Yes I am, but if they realise I'm using that kind of software, they may warn me. That's why I was wondering if I could do this using something like EFS. As far as I understood, EFS does not prevent others from viewing the contents of the encrypted folder. This is bad for me. |

File/folder encryption for my laptop on a company network Thanks for your answer. I'm not sure if the IT will let me use a 3rd party software. |
