This is inaccurate, umask works the other way around than chmod. Setting an umask of 777 would give nobody permission to do anything (the permissions set would be 000).

comment long delay during ssh login
You can always use the -4 option to force an IPv4 connection, so you get something like ssh -4 host.example.com. But obviously fixing IPv6 connections is the cleaner approach.

Usually you can do a domain login by prefixing your username with DOMAIN\ . For example if your domain is called MyCompany, try: MyCompany\Lukasz as login name.

@user3303155 Yeah, just noticed that. There is no way to open up that specific property window directly. There's only a shortcut to the "generic" interfaces screen, being ncpa.cpl.
