Do note that such "open" recursive name servers are typically a bad idea, as explained in RFC 5358 "Preventing Use of Recursive Nameservers in Reflector Attacks"

Warning, you make a big confusion between lying DNS resolvers (Comcast, OpenDNS, etc) and 404 errors which are a HTTP feature, completely unrelated.
