comment Merge two cells “AAA” and “001” to get “AAA-001”?
Perfect. I knew what the problem was but just could not solve it, using "000" as the format for the text worked perfectly. TY so much, you just saved me maybe 20 hours work over the next few months :)

comment Merge two cells “AAA” and “001” to get “AAA-001”?
Unfortunatly the 001 is gathered from an outside sorce and copied into place as 1 therefor converting it to text using ' will not help be a massive time sink and I might as well leave it as 001 and compare the two by eye. Thank you for your answer though.

comment Strange, extra lines in images in .pdf saved with MS Word (happens with images from R and possibly other images)
@Wally Printing to PDF could work, however when dealing with large documents saving to PDF also gives you the option to automatically create bookmarks which can save hours of work.

comment Is it possible to split text over two lines in MS Word
I personally feel it is the easiest but the term easiest is very personal. Whats easiest for me is difficult for someone else and a waste of time for someone else. Reworded my answer accordingly :)

comment Can I use a cmd command to move previous revisions of documents into a different folder?
I am using Windows 7, I have full administrative rights but am limited as to what I can instal due to my companies anti-virus, hence why I would prefer to do this using CMD as opposed to a 3rd party software. If the problem was just with revision 01 documents then this would be easy, however I have literally 1000's of documents going up to revision 10 and want to move all old revisions to the old folder keeping only the latest revisions in the main folder.

comment Combine Excel worksheets despite adding new sheets
CharlieRB is correct, however you could make some empty sheets for the next 10 years or so and include empty references for the information needed from them sheets and then simply set the graph to only show data that exists.

comment How can I avoid having the sheetname included in a formula
Unfortunately Excel defaults to using sheet names in formulas as soon as you have moved to a different sheet. The only way around it that I can see is manually deleting the sheet1! reference.

comment Why would an Excel VB Auto filter macro work in Excel 2010 but not in Excel 2013
Providing the code in your macro would be a useful start.

comment Replacing values and calculating a text field
Can you please edit your formula and use a * instead of an x for multiplication. That would make the formula much clearer.
