comment put WINDOWS 10 into SLEEP Using CMD (command prompt)
This is still a duplicate. The answer on the dupe even states, "It seems that sleeping a computer is problematic if hibernate is turned on. The command rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0 for sleep is correct - however, it will hibernate instead of sleep if you don't turn the hibernation off," and it even suggestions a solution - using PsShutdown which does support either suspend (sleep) or hibernate.

comment disk cannot be formated
I'm guessing based on your account history that your recommendation is genuine, but this post was flagged as spam because we've had a lot of spam in the past from the creators of the partition software you linked to. I've cleared the spam flag, and it's up to you what to do with the post, just wanted to explain.

comment How to insert clip in the another clip using avisynth?
@FranciscoTapia I don't think this is spam. Seedmanc, you could make the answer more clear, the way it's written does look spammy outside the context of the question. Due to the very short answer with a bare link this post was in the low quality score queue, so reviewers would see it without seeing the question. Could you edit it to briefly explain how to do it, instead of just linking to an outside source? We prefer answers to be self-contained as much as possible.

comment How can I remove a forkbomb from the Startup folder?
I've done this before on Windows 7 and it works fine. You have to press and hold Shift the whole time after you press Enter on your password until the desktop appears, maybe a bit longer to be safe.

comment Why pinging “drive” gets replies from 127.0.53.53?
Could you make a script to parse that txt file and try each one, see what the result is? I'm curious which it does and doesn't work for.

comment Why pinging “drive” gets replies from 127.0.53.53?
It doesn't happen on google for me, but I just had it happen on homedepot. Browser shouldn't affect it (this is all tested via ping), but I'm on Windows 8.1 for reference.

comment Why pinging “drive” gets replies from 127.0.53.53?
I'm not sure this explains it... why drive and not any of a number of other TLDs? I tried pinging some from the list and the only one so far that's returned the same response is gmail.
