Yeah that's what I currently do, Ctrl-W Ctrl-T. If it had a chrome address, I guess you could make a shortcut to it.

@paradroid: Don't know if you are refering to the same OS I have (MacOS 10.6) but I don't have such a path. I have ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Presets though.

Yes! that was it. thanks! the conf file is plist, or otherwise readable? or is it binary? maybe next time I can change it by hand

Thanks. TV settings: it has none relevant to this issue, the menu is very simple. Ports: yes, both outputs and inputs are the same that used to work. No other possibilities. Gonna check the rest.

Thanks, but this function is there for a reason, so one doesn't have to do what you describe. It should work but it's not working. Thanks anyway.
