Despeckle line art I was afraid someone would suggest The GIMP; I tried it years ago and found it unusable. To humor you, I tried it again and it has improved enormously. Not only does its despeckle work fine, I could even use the Photoshop tutorial on it. |

Can't rename folders in Window 7/32bit after anti-virus change "Can't rename folder"? Why? What happens if you right-click the folder, choose "Rename", type a new name, then press Enter? |

Change the white background in webpages to another color @hello71, somehow when I pasted this in my browser it changed all the spaces to %20. These have been removed. I said it changed all backgrounds black, I have edited it to now change only text backgrounds black, try again. |

Removing extra commas in CSV without another data source CSVs fields with embedded commas are supposed to be surrounded by quote characters. Can you post an example row that has an extra comma? |
