Failing hard disk @BlueNovember - Haha, that's actually the article I read about it from! I decided to use the enclosure since I knew the HDD would warm back up quickly inside the computer. Plus, there's nothing that makes you feel more like a geek than sitting with a laptop and cables running into a chest freezer. |

Recommendations for a reliable wireless network You forgot microwaves! Before I wired my house, we used to be all wireless, and our microwave was between our router and htpc. We'd have to pause a movie to make popcorn, otherwise it would drop frames all over the place. |

Good External Battery options for iPod Touch No problem. Thankfully, my iPhone 3G battery lasted me for the last flight I took. I've not used any of those, but I've seen the JuicePack highly rated before, and even saw it for sale in an iPod vending machine at the Reno, NV airport! |
