comment Clicking far away in vim in tmux in urxvt
I've hit up the tmux mailing-list; we'll see if this is a bug. sourceforge.net/p/tmux/mailman/message/34074071

Confirmed: this is definitely a tmux issue. nano --mouse shows the same limitations as vim, but only inside tmux.

This isn't the case (well, I mean, if so, it's due to tmux or vim making assumptions about this; not due to the implementation in the terminal); tmux panes are manipulable beyond column 223 in my Terminal.app on OS X, and vim windows are as well; it's only when one is placed inside the other that there are issues.

Just throwing in my +1; I, too, experience this problem. It only manifests inside a vim that is inside a tmux; and it manifests regardless of the respective configuration files. (For me, it's precisely column 223 every time.)

Flagged for a mod. First time I've had something moved to SO, instead of from. :P

But you're specifically running a command to receive the content in the second terminal, yes? That's not the same as directly writing output to the second terminal's tty, if I understand ttys correctly at all?

comment Add directory to $PATH if it's not already there
The modifications also mean that your note about adding the path to the front needs to be modified to say: PATH="$1${PATH:+":$PATH"}"

For future reference: the maximum length as imposed by GitHub is exactly 72 characters. (Thanks, @tpope.)

Is it even possible for that to be configurable? If so, I'll pass it on to @tpope.
