comment Windows 10 doesn't shut off properly (power light remains on) after long period of use
I have indeed done that, but there are many errors, it's hard to tell which error was causing the issue... I try to check the time stamp on errors that were close to the shut down, I find errors like kernel errors, security SPP, DistributedCOM, Apps.

Dr. Zoo thank you for your input! I've already unchecked the "Turn on fast startup" checkbox prior to creating this thread. The solution did not work for me. I've also tried shutting down with the command "shutdown /s /t 5", as another thread on Superuser had suggested, but neither solution worked in my case :(

I've recently tested Driverpack Solution 15.7 on my PC. It seems to install adware to the internet browser of the PC. Beware!

hi smc, I'm added a new symptom that surfaced recently. I'm clueless on what I need to be doing to fix the problem... I also had some trouble making all programs run on the Nvidia graphics processor as you have suggested. =( superuser.com/questions/776301/…

@smc My laptop has 2 graphics cards -- one from Intel and the other from nVidia. I have the latest drivers for both hardware. Is it still necessary to uninstall both of them and try it out?

comment From time to time, the Laptop performs memory dump during Blue Screen of death
@Ramhound Thank you Ramhound, How can I get the information from the Bluescreenviewer? Every time the blue screen comes on, it automatically goes away after the memory dump, the time was too short to capture what was written on the screen

comment Why remote desktop (RDP) isn't fast enough for watching videos on a remote PC?
I believe AirPlayit only works if you have the video file. Is there a workaround that allows streaming a website?

@Hennes hmm... if what you said is true, is there a way to make it play fluidly from a remote PC?
