hi smc, I'm added a new symptom that surfaced recently. I'm clueless on what I need to be doing to fix the problem... I also had some trouble making all programs run on the Nvidia graphics processor as you have suggested. =( superuser.com/questions/776301/…

@smc My laptop has 2 graphics cards -- one from Intel and the other from nVidia. I have the latest drivers for both hardware. Is it still necessary to uninstall both of them and try it out?

@Ramhound Thank you Ramhound, How can I get the information from the Bluescreenviewer? Every time the blue screen comes on, it automatically goes away after the memory dump, the time was too short to capture what was written on the screen

comment Why remote desktop (RDP) isn't fast enough for watching videos on a remote PC?
I believe AirPlayit only works if you have the video file. Is there a workaround that allows streaming a website?

@Hennes hmm... if what you said is true, is there a way to make it play fluidly from a remote PC?

comment What can cause for an unsuccessful ping on a router?
does this also ignore say a magic packet(for WOL)? I initially tried to ping the IP. I got a timed out response. But then I tried to straight up send a magic packet to the router, but wasn't successful at waking up a computer(running Windows) behind that router.

@MaQleod I'm not sure about the ICMP, i did not look into its settings for that. Do you think could be enabled by default (b/c I can ping my own router without having to change anything)

yes, 110.x.x.x is in the public range, I'm not trying to ping the router from my local network. I'm trying to ping a remote computer. model is DI-5
